The hotel offered a budget-friendly option for our city break. the room was basic but clean and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a short stay. the shower was surprisingly good, with plenty of hot water and nice towels. the staff, especially the cleaners, were friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where to shop and providing excellent customer service.

the first time in my life to be told by the room-maid to check out at 08:30 am because she is in hurry to clean my room because she got an appointment at 11 am!!! i was shocked & saddened by her rude attitude especially we got very young kids with us.

Around the hotel there are a lot of public parking places for free. (Rare in France). The receptionist was effective and helpful. The more than "mignon" bathroom was functional and usable.

It was easy to get to and the staff were friendly
We paid for breakfast but did not understand (I don't speak french so probably my fault) that breakfast was downstairs..they rang the bedroom but when I spoke to the girl I thought she was bringing breakfast up and we waited then next thing I know the girl rang again to say breakfast had finished.

I stay was good and we were happy, besides the people in the room next to us screaming and shouting for an hour at 4am in the morning, that was the end of our nights sleep and it was very disturbing.

It is very close to the sea, the port and town centre. The shops ,restaurants etc are within 50mts. The staff were warm, kind and helpful.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. It was a short walk from the beach and there were plenty of shops and bars nearby. The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a dressing area. The staff were really helpful, especially the cleaners who were very polite and even gave me a kettle for my room. And to top it off, there was free Wi-Fi and a car park available. a fantastic experience!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is in an ideal location for visiting Calais, both shops and the beach, and very close to the Saturday market. The welcome was very friendly and the room warm.
The decor in the corridors is a little shabby and the breakfast expensive.

we have used this hotel 5 or 6 times as an overnight stay either after or before a ferry crossing. It is cheap, clean, has easy parking, always friendly staff and ideal location in the center of town.
Breakfast is a little overpriced, but we normally use the Cafe on the next corner.
